Definitions & Interpretation

In this Terms & Conditions document, the following words and phrases carry the meanings assigned unless the context requires a different interpretation:

• "Platform" or "i8slot" refers to the i8slot.onl website together with all services, games and functions available on it.
• "Player" or "User" refers to any individual who has registered an account and is using i8slot's services.
• "Account" refers to a player's unique registered profile that grants access to all platform services.
• "Real Money" means Malaysian Ringgit (RM) or cryptocurrency deposited into the account for the purpose of wagering.
• "Bonus" refers to free credits, additional funds or promotional rewards offered by i8slot subject to wagering requirements.
• "Wagering Requirement" is the minimum total amount that must be wagered before a bonus or bonus winnings are eligible for withdrawal.
• "Services" covers slots, live casino, sports betting, live betting and all other games offered by the platform.

Section headings in this document are for reference only and do not affect the interpretation of the content of these terms. Words in the singular include the plural and vice versa, depending on the context of use.

Player Eligibility

To register and use i8slot's services, players must meet the following requirements:

• Be at least 21 years of age at the date of registration.
• Be a private individual and not a corporate body or legal entity.
• Not be on the list of players who have been placed under self-exclusion by the platform.
• Register in their own name and not on behalf of another person.
• Have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• Not be located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by local law.

i8slot is not responsible if a person registers with false or misleading information regarding their eligibility. Any winnings generated through an account that does not meet eligibility requirements may be voided and funds withheld.

Account Registration

Every player is required to register an account personally by providing accurate, complete and current information. The i8slot registration process requires the following details:

• Full name as stated on MyKad or passport.
• An active mobile phone number that can be contacted.
• A valid and actively used email address.
• A strong password containing a combination of letters, numbers and symbols.
• Accurate age information for 21+ eligibility verification.

Each player is only permitted to hold one active account. Holding multiple accounts by the same player — whether using different names, email addresses, mobile phone numbers or payment information — is prohibited and constitutes a serious violation of these terms.

Players are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account password. i8slot will not be held responsible for any losses resulting from unauthorised use of an account caused by the player's own negligence. Any suspicious activity on an account must be reported to customer support immediately.

Deposit & Withdrawal

All deposits made into an i8slot account must use a payment method supported by the platform. Payment methods currently accepted are Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX, and cryptocurrency including USDT, BTC and ETH.

Players are responsible for ensuring that the payment account details they register are accurate and belong to them. i8slot does not accept deposits from third parties. Every withdrawal request is subject to internal security checks carried out to protect players' interests.

Funds deposited into an account cannot be transferred between players. Any attempt to transfer funds through unauthorised methods may result in account suspension and further investigation.

Bonus & Promotions

i8slot offers a range of promotions to registered players, including a welcome bonus, weekly VIP cashback, and special promotions from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions stated alongside each promotional offer.

Welcome Bonus

New players are eligible to receive a welcome bonus of 100% of their first deposit amount, up to a maximum of RM300. This bonus carries a wagering requirement of 10 times the bonus amount received before any winnings derived from it can be withdrawn.

VIP Program & Weekly Cashback

Active i8slot players are eligible to join the VIP program, which consists of three tiers: Bronze, Silver, and Gold. Each tier offers a different weekly cashback benefit:

• 🥈 VIP Silver — weekly cashback of up to 0.8%
• 🥇 VIP Gold — weekly cashback of up to 1.2%

VIP tier progression depends on a player's betting activity over time. i8slot reserves the right to modify the VIP program structure with reasonable notice to players.

Game Rules

All games available on the i8slot platform — including slots, live casino (baccarat, roulette, blackjack, sic bo), sports betting, and live betting — operate using licensed software that ensures game outcomes are random and fair.

• The results of all games are final and cannot be disputed unless there is clear evidence of a technical error.
• Any winnings or losses resulting from a technical error on the system will be resolved at i8slot's discretion.
• Players are responsible for understanding the rules of each game before placing a bet.
• i8slot reserves the right to remove any game or modify its rules with reasonable notice.
• Bets that have been confirmed and accepted by the system cannot be cancelled by the player.

For sports betting and live betting, all odds and markets are subject to change until a bet is confirmed by the system. i8slot reserves the right to cancel bets accepted due to significant pricing errors and will notify affected players accordingly.

Player Conduct

Players are required to behave in a respectful and responsible manner while using the i8slot platform. The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account termination:

• Use of automated software, bots, or any artificial means to manipulate games or the payment system.
• Registering or using multiple accounts to manipulate bonus or promotional offers.
• Collaborating with other players in a way that exploits the platform's systems (collusion).
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or the verification process.
• Attempting to hack, disrupt, or damage i8slot's systems or infrastructure.
• Conducting money laundering activities through the i8slot platform.
• Using payment methods that do not belong to the player, or making deposits through a third party.

Account Closure & Suspension

Players may close their account at any time by contacting the i8slot customer support team. Prior to closure, all wagering requirements tied to active bonuses must be completed, or those bonuses will be forfeited.

i8slot reserves the right to suspend or close any player's account without prior notice if:

• The player violates any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• The registration information provided is found to be false or misleading.
• Fraudulent activity or money laundering is suspected or confirmed.
• The player fails to comply with identity verification requests within the specified timeframe.
• The account shows signs of bonus system abuse.

In cases of account closure due to a breach of terms, i8slot reserves the right to withhold any related bonus balances and winnings. For legitimate real-money balances, the return process will be carried out in accordance with the applicable internal policy.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, i8slot will not be liable for any loss, damage, or expense incurred by a player arising from:

• Platform interruptions or unavailability due to technical maintenance, server failure, or circumstances beyond our control.
• Errors or delays in transaction processing caused by issues on the part of third-party payment service providers.
• Loss of account access due to a player's negligence in maintaining password security.
• Any gambling decisions made by the player while using the platform.
• Service disruptions caused by force majeure events such as natural disasters, large-scale cyberattacks, or government actions.

Players acknowledge that gambling carries financial risk and that they are placing bets based on their own voluntary and fully informed decisions. i8slot does not guarantee any winnings or specific outcomes from any game or bet.

Amendments to Terms

i8slot reserves the right to modify, add to, or remove any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any material amendments will be communicated to players via a notice on the website or through their registered email.

Continued use of the i8slot platform after any amended terms take effect will be considered acceptance of the revised terms. Players are advised to check this page from time to time to stay informed of the latest terms in effect.

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid, void, or unenforceable by any court or competent authority, that provision will be treated as severable from the rest of these terms, while the remainder will continue in full force and effect.
